Understanding - Acceptance - Support

Hi, I'm Andrea (she/her)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate grief and loss, illness, end-of-life challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, caregiving, and major life transitions. My career has included roles in children’s hospitals, hospice grief counseling, and private practice psychotherapy. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for human resilience and the capacity to adapt during life’s most challenging moments.

I approach my work first and foremost as a fellow human being. I value authenticity, kindness, integrity, and compassion, striving to bring these qualities into everything I do. I believe that life is about learning, growing, connecting, and caring for one another. As a social worker, I uphold the profession’s core values of service, social justice, and honoring the dignity and worth of every individual. I am also dedicated to ongoing reflection and growth to better serve marginalized and oppressed communities and to work toward greater equity.

Outside of work, I cherish time with family and friends, reading, savoring coffee and sunrises, walking, hiking, and listening to music.
